The gandhian face of Indian management
Management is perceived as a faculty of discipline and responsibility and no more it is treated as capitalist whiz kids creating anarchism of western materialism. The hi-fi is now replaced by wi-if and management gurus look at Indians from guru’s point of view, experts point of view.

Prince charles visit marks the very essence of the role of his dynasty in the past and current scenario to accept Indians skills with gandhain face. His visit not only inspired the tiffin carriers(dabewallahs) but new thought was invited that their accuracy in management of distributions of these tiffins lies in their dedication, sincerity, simplicity and the Gandhi cap itself reflects the gandhian face of management

We at SIBER were very much inspired by this event, one for the first time at which our efforts in management education could have a face, a gandhin face of management. Our management students believe more in hard work and not just smart work. They take up smart steps only when needed not when its just a follow the wind type of waves here and there.

So when we count upon the success of placement of the student we very proudly say that they are totally placed in their life

Fat salaries and hats of facilities is not the true spirit of management philosophy. A true manager today need to be need principally responsible and than comes the capability.

We at SIBER believe in everybody’s ability but equally well we teach and preach responsibility. We create responsible manager.

Last thirty years we have practiced this with gandhian patience and truthfulness, through core teaching and hard working efforts.

You can think of our students and employ them not just because they are MBA’s but they are responsible managers holding the true gandhian face.
