Objectives:

1.

To provide in-depth knowledge to the students in respect of current environmental problems faced by human society and to develop among students scientific attitude based on interdisciplinary approach to enable them to take holistic view in decision-making.

:

After successful completion of M.E.M. degree students are placed in State Pollution Control Boards, Central Pollution Control Boards (CPCB), Industries like Sugar, Textile, Paper & Pulp, Fertilizer, Dairy, Tannery, Chemical Industries, etc. Being a professional management course one can start his/her own consultancy in the field of pollution control, ISO 14000, Environmental Auditing, etc. One can also join for teaching and research.
