Skill Development and Leadership Laboratory (SDLL) for MBA-I:

This programme is intended to improve the potentiality would be managers. Thus the following programmes were organized:

A leader leads the way. He will come across various challenges too.  Mr. Sadanand Pose, GMHR, The Kolhapur Steels Ltd., educated about the “Leadership Challenges” in the organization and the society. 

Personality (the character) of a person plays a vital role in the organization. Thus, there is need to improve the personality skills. The session on “Personality Development” was taken by Mr. Abhijit Patil, Humanics.
