MBA Students Resumes

During the year 2006-2007 placement department has undertaken the following activities with the help of MBA-II students (Placement Committee) and faculties of the Management.

1. Formation of students placement committee.
2. Allocation of Guides for fresh MBA students to finalise the Summer Training Project well in advance.
3. Allocation of counselors for both MBA - I / II students.
4. Sending thanking letters to the various organisations for their co-operation extend during the Summer Training of MBA students.
5. Forwarding the Summer Training introductory letter (Pre-Placement letter) to the various organisations within and outside Maharashtra.
6. Conducting students (Placement Committee) and faculty meeting to discuss the progress of the Placement work.
7. Organised Local Industrial tours for MBA - II students.
8. Preparation of Placement Brochure and dispatching and dispatching the same to the different organisations for permanent placement.
9. Personal visit of Pune based industries to invite them for Campus Interview.
10. Conducted placement talk for MBA-I students with the help of various expert faculties.
11. Maintained cordial and healthy relations with the Industrial people.
12. Organised Institute and Industry Interaction with a view to exchange the ideas on the topic "Outsourcing for Business Success"
13. In order to give practical exposure we deputed some of our MBA-II students for conducting Marketing Research to the various Industrial Units.

 Placement Campus Interview
During the academic year 2006-2007, the placement department undertook various activities, such as, formation of Students Placement Committee, Allocation of guides for MBA-I students to finalize the summer training project, forwarding pre-placement letters, preparation of placement brochure, organized Industry and Institute Interaction meet.
Nearly, 40% of the students were placed in the following industrial units, who either visited SIBER or conducted the interviews or invited our students at their corporate office. The Details are as under-
