An important feature of M. B. A.
Programme is the project undertaken after the completion of the
first year. For the student the project offers an opportunity
to use and validate some of the theories skills and ways of thinking
they have acquired during the previous trimesters in practice.
Further more the projects confront students with the difficulty
of working independently or in a group on a large complete real
life problem in a relatively short time span.
Counselors of SIBER discuss project and career objectives with students.
Every student shall write a project report on a topic selected by
him / her under the counseling of a faculty member and the in-plant
guide.
He / She shall submit four typed copies of the report to the Head
of the Institute by the end of December. The summer training shall
be for a minimum of 50 days. |

Requirement :
|
- A certificate of completion of training from
the concerned organization.
- An undertaking by the student to the effect that
the Project Report is his/her original work based on the summer-training
undertaken.
- The report will be assessed by the faculty counselor
and marks will be given out of 50. A Viva - Vove examination
carrying 50 marks, at the end of the Second Year of the programme
will be held by the Institute.
